RETURNS MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND HAVE THE HYGIENIC LINER ATTACHED. SH THE LABEL HAS THE RIGHT TO DECIDE IF PRODUCTS ARE WORN OR USED BASED ON THE CONDITIONS OF THE ITEM AND CAN BE SUBJECT TO REFUSAL.

 

ANY RETURN REQUEST ITEMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER WAS RECEIVED. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE EMAIL SOLHEALTHLIFESTYLES@GMAIL.COM FOR RETURN REQUEST.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS AFTER THAT 14 DAY WINDOW.

BE MINDFUL -

We use a mesh material for sunlight to come through. The material is sheer, so there is a chance that there can be a see through appearance based on certain conditions. The swimsuits will appear to be more see-through in a picture or looking in a mirror. The see-thru appearance is heavily reduced when another person is looking directly at you in natural lighting. 

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?
As soon as we receive your return, we will return the money back to the card used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing.  

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?|
SH the label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order. If your order is lost in transit, we suggest contacting your local USPS to help locate your package.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS FOR A RETURN or EXCHANGE?
Original shipping is non-refundable, and we are not responsible and do not fund return shipping or exchange shipping. Exchanges will be granted based on inventory available as soon as we receive your returned item.
